The weeks between appointments, made visible.

Patients log doses, sleep, focus, side effects and blood pressure on their own phone, then arrive with a structured report built for the review. For services running titration at scale, that changes what an appointment can do.

The report

The data your reviews already ask for.

Titration and medication reviews run on what the patient can remember in the room. ADHDose captures it as it happens instead, with nothing for them to write down, and hands it to you in a format you can assess. What is covered, and where each measure comes from.

Concentration curve

Modelled from published population pharmacokinetic parameters for the logged medication, formulation and dose. A model, not a plasma measurement.

Adherence and dose timing

Logged dose events against the patient's stated prescription schedule. Unlogged days appear as gaps, not as missed doses.

Focus, sleep and wear off

Patient self ratings aggregated week by week, with sleep optionally synced from the phone's health platform. Wear off compares the reported offset against the modelled curve.

Blood pressure and heart rate

Patient entered or monitor synced readings, grouped by dose period so cardiovascular changes can be read against dose changes.

Side effects and dose comparison

Side effects are patient tagged with optional intensity, tracked against dose changes. Where more than one dose has been logged, every measure is summarised per dose level.

Discussion points

Notable patterns phrased as questions for the appointment, never conclusions. The report closes with the conversation it is meant to start.

* ADHDose is a consumer diary, not a regulated medical device. It does not diagnose, dose or advise, and the report is not clinically validated. All inputs are self reported. It exists to give clinicians a fuller picture of the weeks between appointments than recall alone.

Coverage

One report standard. Three markets.

The medication sets, the monitoring expectations and the care pathways differ by country. The report follows them; the standard does not change.

Working together

We are choosing partners deliberately.

ADHDose is independent and early. That is exactly when partnership shapes the product.

Clinician toolkit

A sample report, a one page methodology summary for your team, and patient facing material for your service to hand out.

Free · No agreement needed

Structured pilot

Run ADHDose with a cohort of your patients through titration. We work with your clinical team on setup, and you tell us what the report is missing.

Commercial partnership

For providers and organisations who want ADHDose woven into their pathway. Co designed and commercially structured.

Scoped together

"I've been through the system myself. The long waits, the gaps between appointments, all the while trying to remember everything to feedback by my next one. ADHDose exists to fill that gap."

Tell us where it hurts.

If you want your patients to have the tools to set themselves up for success, and you want structured, patient-logged data to review at baseline, during titration and while they're settled on a dose, we'd love to see how we can help.

Just want the sample report? Ask for it in the message and we will send it straight over. Research and press: [email protected].

ADHDose is built by ADHDOSE LTD, a UK company registered in England and Wales. Its founder takes ADHD medication himself, and the product began as the tool he needed. The app supports conversations with prescribers, never replaces them.
